The words are from the tattoo he proudly wore and lived by. Five yellow stars represent the five years he proudly served Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. 1910–his badge number. F348–his call number. EOW — End Of Watch — 9-20-3013. Tragedy…a man full of anger, who could not forgive another, changed so many lives…forever. My son, a hero. These are the words that are on the label of the quilt. The quilt will be presented to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, North West District sometime in October, 2014.
